Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.


How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item?

Care Instructions

How should I care for my løupTerrible pieces?

We recommend following the care label inside each garment for the best results. Care instructions can also be found on the product page. For longevity, we suggest washing on a delicate cycle with cold water, and either tumble drying on low or hang drying.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, email us at cs@loupterrible.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
